We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging where applicable.
To request a return, please contact support@liberos.to with your order number and reason for the request.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, customization, or other restrictions described on the product page.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
